After how long will I receive my order?
While we try our best to ship the orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event, you will be informed of an estimated shipping date.

Are there any possibilities of delay in the order and how will I know about it?
Yes, all orders are subject to stock availability and shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case, we will contact you.

What is your return policy?
Items are returnable for a refund of the item price (minus shipping charges), as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the receipt.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • All custom orders are non-returnable.
  • All items with hygiene concerns are non-returnable.
  • All returns must be authorized by HealthProductsforyou.com.
  • Lift chairs, scooters, healthcare beds and other bulky items can ONLY be returned with prior authorization.
  • Return shipping charges are payable by the customer.
